Tips and advice, plus listings of property for sale and rent in Benidorm Spain. All types including commercial, bars, restaurants, shops and much more from multiple agents and private sellers, advertise free.
My best tip is to do your homework first, in other words work out a realistic budget, especially if you intend to take out a mortgage and study the Benidorm property market in your own price range. When deciding your budget don’t forget the extras on purchase which can be up to 10% of the price, some agents, but not many, include this in their prices.
Familiarize yourself with conversion of euros to whatever currency you think in, this is very important in times of speculation when the rates can vary wildly on an hourly basis.
Decide, if you have not already, whether you are going to use your Benidorm property as a home, or vacation property, this sounds obvious I know but there are many places I would like to holiday in Benidorm that I wouldn’t want to live!
I’ve added some recent examples of property that is available in and around Benidorm, but for the most current listings use the search button above to see all that is currently available:
1, 2, or 3 bedroom property in Benidorm
One of my favourites are the apartments at La Cala, in one (not many of these about) two and three bedroom types, all completed in good decoration and fittings (including a kitchen and air conditioning) with either a terrace or balcony for your own use. Just think you could be sitting there soon, admiring a nice view of the Med or mountains.
Benidorm Commercial Property
A nice cafe or bar, well established in the busy Benidorm old town with plenty of room, it can be either leased yearly or purchased outright, a definite gem of a find for the right person.
Benidorm Golf Property
Another of my picks are the golf properties at Sierra Cortina, don’t be put off by the golf thing, if you are not into the sport, there are many good reasons still to buy here, golf properties tend to continually command higher prices in the short and long term, a more upmarket area and clientele and most definitely easier to rent out throughout the year.
