Club de Golf Don Cayo, Don Cayo Golf Club, Costa Blanca, Spain
The Club de Golf Don Cayo (Don Cayo Golf Club) first opened its doors in 1974 as part of the “El Aramo” residential development. Situated at the foot of the Sierra Bernia mountain range it is located within the municipality of Altea.
The par 72 course itself is made up of 9 holes (some very difficult) measuring 3,078 metres. If playing an 18 hole round using both white and black tees the course length extends to 6,156 metres.
Facilities at the club include; buggy hire, trolleys (electric and manual), lockers, pro shop, repair service, golf lessons, driving range (5 bays), putting green, chipping area, practice bunker, changing rooms, table tennis and parking. A restaurant, café and bar can also be found on site.
The club is best reached via the A7 toll road, taking exit 64 Altea-Alpe. Then follow the signposts to Altea La Vieja. The club is easily found from here.
