Playa Les Marines / Les Marines Beach
Awarded the blue flag Denia’s Playa Les Marines is over 2.5 kilometres in length. It borders La Playa de las Albaranas to the south and Playa Les Bovetes to the north. Made up of fine golden sand and with calm waters this is one of the town’s most popular beaches. Facilities here are good with plenty of sun beds and shades for rental, together with water sports, showers and a delightful promenade, flanked by cafes and restaurants.
Playa Les Rotes / Les Rotes Beach
Another blue flag rated option in Denia this long beach measures over 4 kilometres. It is actually made up of straights with course sand, together with coves and rockier patches. Its waters are suitable for diving/snorkelling. The beach boasts a seafront promenade with a choice of cafes and restaurants, in addition to good beach facilities, such as water sports, restrooms, showers etc.
Playa Les Deveses / Les Deveses Beach
Denia’s largest beach Playa Les Deveses measures over 4,800 metres in total. It actually marks the border of the Costa Blanca with the Valencian town of Oliva. Half of the beach is made up of fine golden sand, the other half of rounded stones. Winds can pick up here, making it a haven for sailing and windsurfing alike. Although generally less crowded than other beaches in the area sun beds and shade is till available for hire. A beach bar and restaurants are also in operation. Playa Les Deveses has been awarded a blue flag rating.
