Denia Car Rental, Costa Blanca, Spain
Travelling to Denia for your holidays? Then you are in an ideal spot for travel throughout Spain on the recently upgraded road network. Denia is a short drive away from the A-7 motorway which takes you as far North as the French border and south to Alicante, Cartagena, Murcia and beyond. However be aware the A7 is a toll road, a cheaper alternative is the N-332 (a similar distance from the town), which runs as far along the coast in both directions as most would need to travel.
Car hire in Spain is (usually) much more reasonable than we are used to in the UK. Here are a few additional points to consider: –
Between the months of April and November it can get very hot, especially if driving long distances. Make your life easier with air-conditioning. These days you will typically pay a nominal daily fee for the privilege. Definitely worth considering.
Child seats are available from almost all car hire companies for a small daily sur-charge.
Even if you have confirmed an extra driver when booking in the UK, do check and make sure that both drivers are registered at the Spanish end. If you and your partner want to drive the car it must be on the papers that you sign at the airport.
